Our coaching style.
There are different coaching styles. An important value for our coaching is authenticity and quality. We will process current leadership experiences and/or set goals that are deeply resonant with you.
Coaching at Evolve looks like deep listening sessions with a thinking partner, focused on your deeper purpose and how your decisions and actions align with it in an effective way.
We use techniques from systemic and constructivist brief therapy, NLP, motivational interviewing, and organizational learning.
We specialize in:
- Leadership development for women and/or people of color.
- Clarification of goals/vision and strategy alignment.
- Cultural agility improvement for executive allies.
